  • How deep does my well need to be?

    Your well's depth depends on Minnesota's well index, a chart that determines the water table depth and aquifer locations. We conduct site surveys to determine the optimal depth for consistent water supply.

  • How long does it take to drill a well?

    The process usually takes 1-2 days for drilling and clean-up.

  • Do I need any permits for drilling a well?

    Yes, permits are usually required. Able Well, Inc will handle all permitting for your project.

  • What happens if you drill a well but don't find water?

    Our preliminary surveys make this rare, but if it does happen we can either drill deeper or relocate the well to find an adequare source of water.

  • How long does a well last?

    A properly constructed and maintained well can last 30-50 years, and sometimes even longer. The life expectancy depends on factors like water quality, usage patterns, and adherence to maintenance schedules.

  • What is included with a new well installation?

    Able Well will provide everything you newed to make the most of your new well. All details will be included on your estimate, but if you have questions feel free to ask!
